​In my practice, I support clients who are experiencing anxiety, depression, ​grief, stress, trauma, and exhaustion. Life can be hard sometimes and my clients often tell me that they have so much going on in their lives that they're struggling to manage their emotions. Many of my clients identify themselves as being helpers, healers, caregivers, entrepreneurs, advocates, rescuers and empaths and are having a hard time finding balance in their lives. In our work together, you can expect to discover what is driving your current stress, identify your personal values and beliefs, and make positive changes in accordance with them. We'll set manageable goals that feel right for you, which often include increasing your self-compassion, developing a sustainable work-life balance, improving personal boundaries, and sustaining mind-body wellness.

Psychological assessments are the evaluation of a person's behavior, abilities, and other characteristics, particularly for the purposes of making a diagnosis, treatment recommendation, or different career options and work environments.

Individuals refer themselves for psychological assessments when there are concerns about:
- Specific queries about developmental or mental health problems (e.g. depression, anxiety, OCD, ADHD, autism, trauma, or substance use)
- Feelings of distress, low motivation, sadness, anxiety, poor self-concept, or difficulty with friendships
- Difficulty with attention and/or behavior at home, school, or work
- Deciding post-secondary options, careers, a change in career, or return to work after an accident or injury
